The CVMA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low registration. Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded in full. The CVMA reserves the right to combine this webinar’s two dates into one offering, in which case attendees originally registered for the cancelled webinar will have the option to switch to the new date and time, OR receive a full refund. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Need to Cancel Your Registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so online by following the steps below, or email staff@cvmadev.ituldev.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Purchase History.
  3. Locate the event you wish to cancel and click View to open the invoice.
  4. Click View next to the registration you wish to cancel.
  5. Under Order Details, click Cancel Registration.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The purchase of webinar attendance is for use by the registered attendee only and login/passwords provided by CVMA should not be shared with others; doing so may hinder your own access, as webinar is by pre-registration only.
  • Course materials provided by CVMA are for use by the registered attendee only and may not be reproduced or shared with others.
  • All seminar video, audio, documents,  shared materials, chat and Q&A may be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings.
  • CVMA and its service provider of audio and online conferencing services are not responsible for unauthorized access to information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures.
